Broadstone Pullman is a pet-friendly community that allows up to two pets per household. Certain breed restrictions apply, including but not limited to Pit Bull and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Mastiffs, Wolf hybrids, and any mixed breeds of these. A one-time pet fee of $350 per pet and a one-time pet registration fee of $25 per pet are required. Additionally, a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet applies.
